emission + air temp

These images show the emissions extrusion combined with the change in air temperature extrusion. While the goal is to get the two to merge between one another, technically that is proving to be extremely difficult.

why not use a image map and animate between surfaces that are data scapes of co2 emmissions and heat levels while leaving the extruded datascape of individual countries? not sure it is possible to move between those extruded datascapes. the notion of rising water levels will then be reflected in the transforming surface (just the suggested notion, not the actual data). water levels could be represented in the Z using another technique. definitely nice to see the two conditions coming together. don't dispair jill! it's coming around!
